Bi-metal Steam Trap
 
Features:
 
TB1(N)
1: Super small in size with compact design, most suitable for copper tube tracing;
2: Eliminates the temperature destablization, prevents water hammer and pressure drop in the pipe line by its unique performance;
3: Temerature sensor is made of high sensitive round bi-metal disc;
4: Bi-metal unit ensures easy maintenance;
5: Can be installed in any direction;
 
BX1:
1: Corrosion resistant with stainless steel body and internals;
2: Small in size , can be installed in small space;
3: Quick discharge of air and cold condensate upon start-up;
4: When inlet pressure increase abnormally due to water hammer, it opens, working as a safe valve;
5: When outlet pressure is higher than inlet pressure, it closes, working as a check valve;
6: Freezing-resistant and can be installed in any direction;
 
Application: Suitable for industries of Petroleum, Chemistry,Metallurgy, Textile, Etc..
 
Note: Insulation is not recommended for the pipe section 1 meter before the trap and the trap itself.
